What are some natural acne medications that work better then the ones that I can just buy in a drug store?

Okay, so lately ive been breaking out because of stress, i use proactive and i don’t find it working as well as id like it to, but like i said im stressed. My friend is on pills for her acne and hers was bad i only get them on my forehead and some on my chin but she had them all over and now her face is clear and not red at all its so nice. My question is does anyone know about anything natural i could take to have results like that. or how I could at least get rid of the red, I have cover up but you can still see the red i look like i have a sunburn but its actually causing my face to look a different color then my body. how can i get rid of the redness? please help with that and maybe about the natural pills.

does anyone have any natural home remedies for acne that u would like to share? one of mine is cracking an egg, and only using the white part of an egg to spread on my face. let it dry for 10 minutes and it reduces pore size, slears up acne, and takes away wrinkles uner the eyes. im doing that right now! is there any more secrets?
