I’ve been drinking water alot recently and my skin has improved, although I was wondering what remedies you know of that can get rid of the whiteheads, blackheads, blemishes and spots that still remain on my face?

I have mild acne . Occasionally have a zit or two , but usually, it’s just red bumps like blemishes on my forehead and upper back . That’s it . I tried honey on my forehead with a band aid on at night since I move a lot and I don’t want it all over my pillows, and it worked pretty well . The worst is over , but I still have some slight bumps and my back problem . I heard of lemon juice overnight and oatmeal masks (Oatmeal cooked like you would eat it + Honey) . And today I tried the egg whites on my back and face and left it on for about 25-30 minutes . It did make my skin a lot softer, but still , I have those little bumps . So has anyone tried the oatmeal or lemon remedies ?

Im nearly 16 years old and I’m thinking of going on the pill, not because I’m sexually active or anything but for the other benifits. I’ve had really bad acne since I was 12 and I’ve tried everything natural to get rid of it. I’ve changed my diet completely. I drink 2l of water every day. I exercise. I use a good cleanser, toner and moisturizer twice a day. Ive tried everything and although it has improved it is still not clear. So I’ve talked to my mom about it and she’s going to take me to a gynecologist.
But Im really worried about all the side effects that I’ve heard about. Is it true that it makes you stop growing? Dose it make you gain weight? Dose it permanently damage your body or give you cancer? What dose it really do to you? And what pill should I go on that will have the least side effects and not stop me from growing?
