Hi. I have some blackheads on my face that I’ve been wanting to get rid of. I also have what I think may be pimples. For pimples (not so sure) I have about 6 on my forehead. What is the best treatment for this? I heard ice-ing it with an ice cube helps. I do not have any bangs. In fact, for the “pimples” they seem more like small dots resembling small pimples.
