acne on back and shoulders, any remedies or cures?

ive always had minor acne on my back..
but over the past month its gotten really bad and spread to my shoulders and neck! its really sore red and unsightly, i shower every day and ive tried gentle exfoliation, none of it works 
any home remedies etc please ?

Sounds like a side effect of steroid use. If so, stopping the steroids should clear it up.
If not, you should see a dermatologist for a proper diagnosis. It may not be acne at all.
