All kinds of potions for beauty problems have been formulated since times immemorial using products from nature or their derivatives. For acne too many a worthwhile solution can be provided using substances derived from nature- leaves, fruits, roots etc.
It has been observed over years of observation that no chemical drug or medical procedure has been able to satisfactorily check the acne situation and these too were often accompanied with harmful side effects. This is quite sad since acne affects the most visible part of the body- the face and this engenders depression and a lowly feeling. Indeed, acne is an unfortunate reality which cannot be satisfactorily consoled even by employing the best modern medical means. However, nature does open up its bounty towards preparation of various remedies to attend to the acne condition.

Is using a natural acne solution the correct way to treat all types of acne? The big cosmetic companies out there would have us believe that it is not the way to successfully treat our acne problems. When using generic products it seems that the acne will never really go away, it will disappear for a while and then come back as strong as ever, it is almost as if your body builds up a natural defense against the products that you are using.

Most of you probably know a thing or two about the ‘alternative’ natural acne solutions that exist on the market. Not saying that over the counter acne medicine doesn’t work but for a while now these natural acne solutions have proven to work for many individuals, including me. Their advantage is their low cost and faster results, some of them being able to diminish the appearance of pimples in a matter of days.
Most of the ingredients for these homemade natural acne remedies can be found in your kitchen and they can be used in the comfort of your own home. Now let me ask you a question: Why would you pay hundred of dollars for an over-the-counter acne medication like Acnezine when you can get the same result using cheaper and proven natural methods?

In this short but informative article below I’ll show you some natural acne solutions that you might want to consider. These acne treatments are easier on your skin than pharmaceutical creams.
First, let’s start with a face wash. You could and should use manuka honey for this. Some people use it to shower their whole bodies since it has many anti bacterial/fungal/viral properties. On top of that, after the shower you skin becomes clean and has a fresh feeling to it. To use it simply squirt some on a cloth and use it like any other liquid soap. Try it once – What’s to lose? The results will amaze you!
Many natural acne solutions are out there. From time to time, try combining some of these solutions. For example, what has been proven effective for some people at reducing acne is mixing rosemary oil and tea tree drops with manuka honey. Use the mixture as a face wash or instead of your regular shower soap.

You, like many others out there just want to get rid of acne. You tried everything, spent hundred of dollars on acne medications. If you are in this situation then it’s time to start looking on some natural acne solutions. As you may have already noticed all the conventional medications, skin lotions or therapies are useless.
First golden rule: Do not TOUCH, SQUEEZE, SCRATCH your pimples! Let them be! By removing one pimple you’ll cause an infection to the area and in a matter of days, the number of pimples will multiply tenfold.

Unfortunately acne is the most common skin disease that usually occurs in the early teenage years, between 12 and 24, however even adults suffer from this skin disease and it affects one of the most exposed and valuable parts of the body — the face. Severe forms of acne often lead the patients to low self-esteem and lack of confidence and later on to severe forms of depression and anxiety which is a cause for concern.
Apart from the conventional acne solutions such Tetracycline, Clindamycin, Sodium Sulfanilamide and Benzoyl Peroxide there are several natural acne solutions that you should consider. The above solutions might work for some patients but in most of the cases they are only a temporary remedy and not a permanent cure for acne. Some of the substances that are found in several acne products have dangerous side-effects when used for long periods of time. Another effective method is the laser therapy that removes not only the acne but the acne scars, however a single laser therapy costs a few hundred dollars and it’s not something that most people can afford.

It can be a never ending war trying to determine which is better for treating acne: commercial, chemical based products or natural acne solutions.
The war is one that is often won by the skin care companies due to their large marketing budgets and ability to publicize themselves so easily. Natural acne solutions however are less well known, and are more so passed down by word of mouth from generation to generation.
For this reason, there are many misconceptions, from both sides of the scope, as to how good both commercial and natural acne treatments are. Trying to dispel these misconceptions is no easy task, and usually requires a lot of researcher by the reader. Fortunately however, this article will serve as a quick reference point for you in determining whether natural acne solutions or chemical products are better for treating your acne.

I’m on the Burt’s Bees website right now but it doesn’t tell me the price of their natural acne solution kit. Does anyone know the price?
Also, do I have to order this product, or is it available in stores?
And if you’ve tried it, does it work well?
