does aloe vera really prevent/remove acne?

i’ve heard that aloe vear treats and prevents pimples, even cystic acne (which is the kind that i have – yuck) and i would try it if i knew it was worth my time.
also, any other acne remedies (preferably easy ones) would be much appreciated. thanks!!!!!!!!!!

i’ve never heard of aloe for acne. Maybe it works because it’s soothing if you have rednees or dried skin. Proactif really works and oddly enough so does witch hazel. It can be purchased at any drug store for about $3. I’ve had alot of success with Aveeno products, though i know everyone reacts differently to products. I hope this helps. Good luck.
Aloe vera does help acne. Acne and aloe vera properties are the opposite. Acne causes inflammation and aloe vera soothes swelling and inflammation. An aloe vera plant would help, or any type of gel or cream.
Another acne remedy is Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV). This includes vitamins and helps acne. I’ve been using it for 2 days and I really have seen improvements. It works really good. What I do is take two cups of water and put 2 tablespoons in the water. I mix it. Then I wash my face and take a cottonball and put the acv on my face.(You will have a lot left over so just store it in the fridge.) I put it on my face like 10 times a day.
Another thing I do is mix a big cup of water with 1 tablespoon and drink it throughout the day. I drink it spacingly because if you take 1 big gulp, you’ll get sick. If you do this every day, I garuntee you your acne/marks and scars will clear up
