how o get rid of Whiteheads/Acne? (Please read first?)?

Hey…. hmmm i have posted alot of questions about whiteheads but i havent really ever got a good answer so i was wondering does anyone know a natural whitehead treatment? (not homeremediess) like a natural cream that you can feel working and see results fairly fast and is cheap and natural?
(alot to ask for a know :/)
Personal Experiences are also welcome?

just pop it. No overnight cure for it. Be consistent in washing your face with mild soap or facial scrub and rinse. Only use water-base makeup because oil-base will just contribute to more acne.
I’ve been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne/pimples temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it’s at.
I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life.
