i’m 19yrs old …and i’ve had acne since like middle school…..and over time, it’s gotten worse. i’ve tried everything….changed my diet, used tons of products, wasted alots of $, but still no results to curing my acne, and acne scars. i’ve tried clearsil, neutrogena, clean and clear, even Proactiv didn’t work for me…it’s starting to affect my self esteem and confidence. so i started using natural methods to cure acne, such aloe vera, but when i put aloe vera on my face….my face gets really itchy….and red.

You’re allergic to aloe…stop using it.
you could be having an allergic response to it. avoiding using it for 3 days and see if your face is still itchy and red. also, word of advice, don’t over wash your face. you’d think this would help, but it actually irritates it more. make an appointment to see a dermatologist – it’s the only way to get ride of acne.
you are allergic to aloe. Aloe is hidden in alot of products are you sure you have acne and not an allergic reaction to soap moisterizer or make up? Try Phisoderm to wash your face and them moisterize with Nomema. I had a case of what I thought was acne and found after seeing a dermotologist that I has severe contact dermatitis from all the products I was using that had chemicals I was allergic to. Phisoderm and noxema cleared me up
I’m not sure you may be allergic. But have you thought of tryi g accuatane? It is nothing short of a miracle the only thing that EVER worked for me. The side effects are serious but worth it..clear skin no pimples I’m not playing around there is NOTHING like it.
Allergies:
People with known allergy to garlic, onions, tulips, or other plants of the Liliaceae family may have allergic reactions to aloe. Individuals using aloe gel for prolonged times have developed allergic reactions including hives and eczema-like rash.

make sure its just 100% aloe vera, no other ingredients to determine if you’re allergic. and by the way, aloe vera used by itself is actually very drying (its an astringent) so mix it with a soothing moisturizing product like lavender, or chamomile, both can get rid of itchies and redness. and for your diet, make sure no dairy, and wheat, and go organic. if you’re not going organic , you’re just wasting your time with healthy food b/c you’re consuming poisinous toxins that will make your skin worse.
I have been using a acne pill that contains aloe vera extract and my face is breaking out even more.My skin is itchy and looks horrible. Please discontinue the use of aloe vera.Good luck!!!
