i am 23 and am attempting to get off of the birth control pill. i am already beginning to get a few cysts on my chin. it doesn’t matter how clean i keep the area; it’s hormonal and is coming through my skin. i am a health nut. i eat organic, use essential oils, cleansing teas and baths, and get enough exercise– don’t drink much and avoid milk and have cut down on gluten… both which don’t seem to affect my acne much anyway. the pill really works for me! but i want off of it because i fear it may cause more problems down the road…
