hello im having some issues with acne DX i dont so much of have the zits but more of the redness the red spots where the zits were and ive had them FOR EVER and i can NOT get rid of them i also take vitiams and fish oil for skin health and i use pro-active but pro-active never worked so any advice or help please?

P.S this is sorta what it looks like except some spots are redder than that

i am 21 years old. i had acne when i was about 15 years old. then my acne went away when i turned 19. i thought it had gone away cus of my age. then like 3 months ago i started getting severe acne. worse than how i had it in my teen years. i started to notice that i got this acne when i became sexually active with my bf. could that also be the problem? if there is something out there that u guys know about that is good to cure acne please tell me.. i cant take this acne anymore. any good natural remedies or creams.. anything. thank you. =]

I’m 20 years old and have been struggling with acne my whole life. Recently it’s been getting worse and worse and i have been getting so depressed over it.. I eat healthy, i’m on a strict free ranged vegan diet, i eat lots of organic fruits and veggies, and drink a LOT of water through out the day. I wash my face twice a day and use natural products for acne. I’m very cautious with touching my face and such so i don’t know what i’m doing wrong!! I started taking zinc supplements today because i heard there helpful for acne, anyone else have any suggestions? i’m in serious need for help!!

Ok I have kinda bad acne. I have a bunch of pimples on my cheeks and chin. There aren’t all that many they are just red and swelled up. I have no self onfidence anymore and I cry about it all the time. I need big help! I am on mitocyline right now but I have another doctors appointment next week. I don’t want Accutine because I don’t want to be on birth control. I believe it is cystic. Any home remedies? Help!

okay i’ve been hiding for months now close to a year (seriously) because i thought it would make my adult acne skin to clear up. well it didn’t. it has been so embarassing at school to be seen with this face. the semester is almost over and i’m thinking i should just come back with makeup on. so at least i’d be comfortable. what is the best non pore clogging face makeup out? seriously some of the makeups do make my face WORSE but they are not the resource for my bad skin. im curently using prescription cream which is drying my chin and nose out, so what would be the best makeup to blanket my entire face that wont crinkle around the dry skin, and also wont clog my pores and make me look worse. trying to cover red mark scars and a few raised bumps and about 8000 blackheads and maybe 5 million whiteheads. thanks
