Are there foods I should be avoiding and food I should be eating more of? Any natural facial wash routines? Any natural spot treatments? Aside from these anything else? Please be specific. I don’t have severe acne but every once and a while I will get a pimple….no joke, that is almost the size of a dime and it takes up to sometimes 2 weeks to completely go away. Thank you.

I am 20 and was diagnosed finally in April. The doctor put me on bc pills as a fix, BUT I first got on bc pills when I was 13 for irregular periods and horrible acne and I decided to get off of them because I don’t like the idea of putting hormones in my body ( that may sound stupid). When I stopped them is when I stopped having periods all together and started having really bad pains and now my Dr. wants to do surgery because hormones are not helping with the pain from my cysts. What are some good remedies for dealing with PCOS that are natural? and are there any Dr. that I can go to that do the whole natural medicine thing and what are they called? Thanks
