ProActiv used to work WONDERS for me, but now it doesn’t do a thing! Same goes for Clinique. Has my skin gotten too used to these products? I even tried them off and on. What’s going on?? Also what can i do to get a clear complexion?? Microdermabrasion worked for a while but the acne scars came right back after use. It’s too costly and not that effective. I just want to clear up the dark spots and get a nice even tone. Natural home remedies would be most perferred, but OTC suggestions would be appreciated too!
I failed to mention that i don’t really have an acne problem, just a pimple here or there every once in a while so i try to stay away from OTC cleansers that are medicated because it drys my skin very much. BUT my main thing is when i do get a breakout here or there it never fails to SCAR. Im just trying to fade the scars/pigmentation thats all.

Recently I had a bad reaction to some salicylic acid face wash and so I’ve really been researching natural acne treatments that are not harsh. I found out that honey can help acne by killing bacteria and I wanted to know if anyone has used honey soap and saw a difference in their acne.

does any regular scar medicine work on acne scars? if so name some brands that are or were good for you, inexpensive preferably!

are there any home scar healing remedies? if you know of anything please list it. thank you so much!

I just saw an ad for Burt’s Bees acne solution products. I love the whole idea of using natural products, but does it work well? Has anyone used this product? And if so, how well did it work?

I have used Natural honey crap the pill skin iD i’ve used Acne free the stuff like proactive and other cheap stuff…….the Skin iD worked ok but not good enough my skin was cry and itchy because of the dryness…..i’ve been using Murad Acne Complex for the full 4 weeks it did everything it said it would in the first 2 weeks but on the 4th week i didn’t have the clear skin they said i would and i never missed washing my face so do you think it just might take longer on me or something?

I have been struggling with taking care of my skin every since the 5th grade. Although most of my acne is gone, my skin tone appears several shades darker than its natural color due to all of my leftover acne marks. I have recently went and purchased AMBI Fade Cream and have been using it for about 3 days now. I just wanted to know does it really work and about how long before you start seeing results. Also if anyone knows of any products or things I can be doing to speed up the process, feel free to tell me. Thanks!
