What products or remedies cure acne scars?

I know lemon juice is good for treating marks, but is there an over the counter or prescription product that treats scarring? What about remedies (like soaks or facials)?

I used mederma and you can buy it in your local cvs/walgreens. There are also creams on the market that you can buy, most of them available online that can help diminish the visibility of your acne scar. I suggest you read reviews first to find out which ones work best.
